H.E. Eng. Khalid Alhuzaim has over 25 years of experience in human resources, shared services, and administrative leadership, having held several senior roles across leading organizations in the banking and aviation sectors.

He previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Riyad Bank and as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Al Rajhi Bank, where he led strategic initiatives in human capital development and organizational transformation. He also served as Executive Vice President, Management & Regulations Holding Group at Saudi Airlines, gaining extensive experience in shared services, policy development, and operational efficiency.

Eng. Alhuzaim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and an MBA from The George Washington University.
