The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program supports Saudi students in pursuing studies at leading global universities across a range of priority disciplines. The program aims to strengthen national human capital, support sustainable development, and enhance the Kingdom’s capabilities in advanced technologies, and entrepreneurship.

Through the Wa’ed Track, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology works with the Ministry of Education and private sector partners to develop advanced digital talent. The track sponsors Saudi professionals to gain expertise in emerging digital fields and provides employment-linked scholarship opportunities in partnership with companies in the communications and information technology sector, helping equip national talent with the skills required for the digital economy.
